At Sattvaprana, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the availability of courier services. In some remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order. Sattvaprana will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If your order is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper images or video proof. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the best possible solution.
